'Way side' in the Bible

And as he sowed, some fell by the wayside, and the fowls came, and devoured it up.

Whosoever heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, there cometh the evil man, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. And this is he which was sown by the wayside.

And behold, two blind men sitting by the wayside, when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried, saying, "Master, the son of David have mercy on us."
